  • Growing Minds Psychology is looking to bring on a CBT-oriented child and adolescent post-doctoral fellow to provide CBT, parent training, and PCIT. This position offers the flexibility of outpatient private practice along with the benefit of joining the team of a quickly growing community of compassionate clinicians.

    We offer excellent compensation and medical benefits, as well as flexible hours. Growing Minds provides administrative support and takes responsibility for filling your caseload. You will have ongoing consultation, didactics, and case conceptualization meetings to further develop your skills. Post-doctoral fellows will be expected to carry a caseload of 20 patients with opportunities to play a role in the supervision and didactics for graduate-level clinicians.     Start Date: September 2025
    Compensation: $75K
    Qualifications: Applicants must have attended an APA-accredited graduate program and hold their NYS limited permit by the start date. To be considered for a staff position the following year, the EPPP must be passed during the training year. Must have experience in cognitive behavior therapy and exposure-based work for children and adolescents, and have the willingness to work alongside a growing team. Flexibility in providing both in-person and virtual therapy is required. Certification in PCIT and/or PCIT-SM is preferred, but not required. Training and certification in both treatment modalities can be obtained once beginning the position.
